Does AcuraOEMparts.com even exist?!?

so, i ordered myself the 07 TL-S shift knob about a week ago, and i just got a email confirmation of my order like 2 days after i ordered it. So i ordered Sunday and got the email tuesday i think, but everytime i call the parts department, no one picks up the phone, i call the service department, no one picks up. i emailed them and still no reply, i left a message on there answering machine, still no call back????????????????? WTH, has anyone ordered from ACURAOEMPARTS.COM? I just searched here for TL-S shift knob and found that website. Is it like a fake website or wah? please some input would be nice.

Yeah, they're legit. Try contacting them at Delray Acura (same company - Acuraoemparts.com is the internet sales branch of their parts department) at 561-265-0000.

Yeah they are Delray Acura. It's about 15 min from me & where I bought my car. However that's why I can't use them cause I get charged tax. So the other parts sites are cheaper for me.
I also don't like the fact that if you go there & walk to the counter they WILL NOT honor the prices of the website. They gave me some BS about the internet dept. is a different side & they can't exchange prices...Yeah whatever......

I prefer oemacuraparts.com (Acura of Peoria, AZ), their prices seem to be slightly better. They both tend to rape you on shipping, but either are way cheaper than the stealership.

I placed my order on 6/29 and recieved it on 7/02 here in DC. Got a conformation and tracking number from USPS, couldn't ask for more. I've never had a problem with them and this is my third order. Also join their newsletter and get an extra five percent off your order like three times a year.

I recently used this place and had a great experience. Published prices were cheaper and I thought freight was reasonable. $9.00 to ship me a clutch kit and bearings.
