I use the STP 'poor in gas tank' stuff....fuel sys clean, gas treatment, octance booster, etc

This is a poorly structured poll.

I would say yes to gas and no to oil...but due to the current design, I'm only allowed to choose either or.

Yes, definetly!

I've found that, to prevent engine seizure (although it happens occassionally - no biggie), it's best to add oil to the crankcase.

Likwise, everytime the CL runs out of gas I have to refuel.

Of course, your situation may be entirely different.
