Do you get a loaner if you bring your car in for service?

Just wondering, seems like many of you are getting TSX & RL loaners when you bring your cars in for service. Is this a common thing at all dealerships?

I no longer get them from the dealership due to some new regulations on insurance, or so they say. So, until I am 25 I do not get them from the dealership, but I do from enterprise. This is one of the reasons I won't take my car back to the dealership anytime soon.
When I used to get them I had a RSX, TSX, TL.

I'm only 18 and they let me drive an MDX and TL loaner when my car is in for service but then their service sucks.

Yep. I've got a brand new TSX for the next few days. Actually I don't think it is an official loaner just yet. It only has 200 miles on it.

Good to know.

I'd hate to find out my CL-S was once a "loaner" though!

No i'm sure this car will eventually be a loaner, i'm just the first to have it. And it doesn't have the loaner tags or rear windshield vinyl saying "TISCHER LOANER...." on it yet.

PAA gives me ford fucus's, Isuzu craps, once in a while I will get a TL. It all depends on availability. Service rep from PAA told me several stories about young cats with Integra's going to get a checkup, getting a brand new TL or TSX and keeping it longer than they are supposed to, they come back and decide on not even fixing their car, nice way of getting a free new car for the weekend huh! While we whom spend the real money there get the scraps...

Only if you make an appointment way ahead of time & request a loner. Then only if they have one once you get there...However I don't get anything done at the dealer so I haven't needed one in a long time.

Acura of Boardman used to give Acura products as loaners (mostly TL's), but quit late last year. They blamed it on the increased cost of the TL with the remodel. I don't know if i believe them or not.

The last couple of times, I've had Chevy Impala rental cars.....

But then again, I never set it up far enough ahead of time, so maybe if I did, I could get an acura. They may have reduced their acura loaner fleet. Either way, it sucks driving around a chevy for a day or two.

I've gotten an Escort, Neon, and a Echo from Inskip.

I was going to have First Acura do my 30K mile service, but they quoted me $500 for it, so I changed the oil, and will do the air/cabin filters soon. It's nice to know that First Acura gives out Acura loaners, as I might have them do the 60K service.

I've driven the following loaners TSX/TL/04 TL/MDX... wouldn't mind an '05 RL but that probably won't happen. I'm always given a loaner if I request one.
