Do these prices sound right?

I called the dealer for an estimate for ballast (inverter) installation and they quoted me 180 for the right side? It sounds kinda pricey. I also asked for the price to resurface my rotors and they told me it was gonna be 280?
Funny thing is, I asked if warped rotors were a common problem on our cars and the service representative was making up some bs about driving conditions....

You might as well buy new rotors for that price.

Do you already have the inverter or are you buying it from them too? They told me this morning (see thread https://acurazine.com/forums/showthread.php?t=172564 ) that the front bumper cover had to be removed. Seems pretty involved to me but then again, I've never taken my bumper off. They quoted me around $500 for the inverter, bulb and installation before Acura said they'd cover it.

Is it that hard to replace the inverter? I was thinking about ordering them online and have them installed at the dealer (or do it myself if its not too hard).
Also i was gonna order from http://www.acuraautomotiveparts.org/ and it says qty required is 2? Does that mean I get 2 inverters for 330?

steps:

1. make sure to have the radio code

2. turn the lights off

3. disconnect the battery

4. remove the front bumper

5. disconect all the electrical connectors form the head light

6. remove the 5 monthing bolts then remove the corner upper beam and head light assembly as one.

7. disconnect the connector from the inverter if you have not done so yet

8. remove the torx bolt using a tamper proof torx t25 bit from the cover that is hiding the bulb ( cover that says warning 25000 volts or something)

9. turn the cover 45degrees counterclockwise to remove it form the head light assembly

10. turn the electrical connector 45degrees counterclockwise to remove it form the bulb

11. on the bottom of the head light remove the 3 mounting screws holding on the inverter and pull it off along with the wire that goes to the bulb.

12. install reverse of removal.
