Do not use acuraoemparts.com!!

Delray Acura/Hyundai - Do NOT use them.

I have had a dispute with them for over a month now for parts not yet delivered.

Having spoke with two of their parts managers and an additional sales representative, I told them THE DAY OF THE shipment, a few parts I had ordered were never delivered.

Because of the turnover at their dealership, they now have no record of this dispute/claim I made over a month ago, and now they have this new "policy" that a claim needs to be made within 48 hours of delivery, and because they have no record of it, there's nothing they can do.

BS.

DO NOT USE ACURAOEMPARTS.COM!!

Always use PayPal online. Money gets frozen and forces those that would deceive to act upon things.

I'm sorry your having problems. Your situation is just your situation. 100's of people have ordered there without a problem. Delray is near me too. I can say their prices really aren't that great, but no one has posted a major problem with them.

However they are a FL Acura dealer. As such ALL FL Acura dealers basically suck ass.

If this turns into bashing. I will close it.

I think there prices are very good..
The bulbs I ordered for like $2 each from them are $6 up here at any honda or acura DLR. The soleniods that where $160 there are $220 best price i found from 2 honda and 3 acura dlrs.
I guess it is just where u live, The benifits from living in dirty jerzey is we gotta pay 2x or 3x as much for everything!

Ive noticed that their prices are a bit more then my Honda dealer, but Ive never heard of people having any issues. I dont think Brian is trying to bash them, hes just publicizing his situation and making others aware of it.

Sorry to hear of your experience with them Brian.

I had a good experience with them. I ordered my oem wheels from them and they were here in week. I found their prices very affordable considering that the wheels were 67% of the price here in NY. The shipping was pretty cheap too and arrived with the brown truck

They were great to me, I got all of the timing parts I needed 100 dollars cheaper and got it all in 2 days aswell. However your situation seems kind of shady for them to do that.
