Do i NEED a By-Pass valve???

Do i NEED a By-Pass valve???

Well i only have one choice now of what intake to get... thanks to xephyr... anyways so im going to get the AEM one. But do i really need the by-pass valve? PLus is there any instuctions on how to put on the bi-pass valve... keep in mind i live in chicago so i get snow... what ya think should i?

If you like to drive into deep water then yes. If you are smart about where you drive and there is no kind of flooding ever in your area I would say no.

im not worried about flooding.. cuz i can stay away from that.. but how about the snow?
