Disappointed

237.2 hp / 200.1 tq w/mods in sig.
temp 72F.
91 Octane fuel.

I thought the headers itself increase 30 hp, not to mention the CAI.

the 91 octane probably killed some of your power.

Also, we have Gray Davis urine in our gas That accounts for at least 30 horse power loss...................

This car is VERY sensitive to detonation. The knock sensor will retard timing on ANY sign of pinging or knocking. Hence.. 91 octane is going to cause some retard in the high-end.

That 237 was actually a peak when the accelerator was let go... not to be nit-picky or anything. Try some octane-boost.. you'll see 245 easily.

Reading the Dyno:

1) Your Non-Vtec Hot-Cam torque is low less than 200 lbft. It looks like 190 lbft.
2) You gained some more over the 4800 rpm and jumped to 200 lbft
3) Your top-end droped faster than what CT headers do in average... CT headers should maintain a constant or even increase the torque between 5500-6500 rpms

I know why you have low numbers....

It is your 18" wheels and the 235/40/18 tires

Check my dyno and you would understand... how heavy are your rims?

Nashua - Thanks for the analyze this. Tire + Rim is 48 lbs each. So is that mean the CT headers on my car is defective??

If you have the Fuel/air ratio that would have been a great help...
When was the time you cleaned and re-oiled the K&N Cone filter?

It could bad gaz, low octane too...

the total weight of the wheels, doesnt mean as much as where the weight is...you almost certainly moved weight furthure out towards the perimeter and that will increase rotational mass
