Dirt in window tracking?

Lately, my driver side window when going down is making this loud screeching noise like someone stepped on a cat or killed someone. It's really annoying. The window is clean on both sides, but that doesnt matter. How do I clean inside the door? Should I spray something down there?

Thank god it isnt scratching my window tint.

Thanks

Put the window all the way down and spray silicone on the inside edges of the tracks. Just use alittle and let it run downwards. Do not use WD40 or penatrating oil or petrolium products as they will eventually dry the runners. Only a silicone spray.
