A different tranny problem....
A different tranny problem....
ok guys, for about 8 months now i have had tranny problems, and since i fucking hate going to the dealer and bitching and hearing that "nothing is wrong" i decided to wait till it just goes out...and i get a new one.
BUT ITS NOT going out...its just rumbling..
The problem with my tranny is when going into 2nd, and sometimes 3rd gear, it starts to shake the car sometimes mildly, sometimes a lot. Although it is NEVER the same, sometimes i will have a perfect shift, while other times, it will jerk like 3 or 4 times, sometimes being really embarraseing with the lady friends.
I have an apointment on TUESDAY. (my dumbass dealer gave me an apointment for Monday, which is thanksgiving, and I called today and made fun of them
and they gave me tuesday with loaner car, i'm also getting 48 000 service done)
What do I say at my service apointment? They have had the service manager test drive it everytime, and they always say that "nothing is wrong" probably cause the tranny didnt kick in when they drove it or something.

Take the service manager out with YOU driving. That way you can be sure to duplicate the problem and there's no way he can say that nothing is wrong, or that it's normal. If they do say something like that then tell him that he is going to go out with you driving in a brand new CL-S. It probably won't come to that, but you have to get serious with some of these bastards or they won't do their jobs.
Good luck!
