That was a great time. I had a lot of fun and it was nice to meet everyone. Dennis' car is a focking beast!! I offered to trade cars with him, but he wouldn't budge. Oh, well - his loss. I guess he doesn't know that 2 extra doors add 50 horses.

Too bad BBS and ModAddict didn't show up, but maybe next time.

It was great to meet all of you guys today! We should definitely get together and do that again.

 

Nice to meet a couple new people. Sorry for cutting out early, but gotta work to pay for my spending habits.

I say a track meet should definitely be next.

edit: I was the guy with the red fleece & stock blue 6 speed with the gf who is a mute (jk, she's just quiet)

I'm definitely up for a track meet. My V-AFC II is coming in this week, and I'm getting the T-stat/fan switch/oil cap. And I'm finally fixing the primary O2 sensor. Give me a couple of weeks to get the car tuned and running right.

With the weak tranny and my essentially STOCK engine internals, 18" Volks / Toyos (lighter than OEM, BTW), ... my track times would be fairly slow. Plus, I don't wanna wreck my tires so soon! I'll be lurking here from time to time, though ...

 

just bring it for fun derrick, get some stock #'s, then compare when u add mods
