Since I bought my 2001 cl-s in February I have only seen one other CL in the area and that was a satin silver cl last night in deerfield headed for turners falls. I was just wondering if this person was a forum member. There hasnt been an acura dealer in this area in years, so there is really nothing around here for acuras except old integra's. I'd like to hear from anyone that might live in the immediate area of umass amherst for a possible get together.

 

There's a few 2nd gen CLs and TLs around, but not many since, as you pointed out, the nearest dealer is so far away. I can probably count on both hands the total number I've seen in the last year. And what's really funny is when I bought my ABP TL-S in 2001 I was the only one in all of Western MA that had one and within a month another guy bought an ABP TL-S one town over. Pretty funny.

 

I saw another...or the same silver CL in Northampton yesterday morning, funny. I love having a car people look twice at because they arent even sure what it is at first. Back in 99 I bought a 2000 Accord coupe in satin silver. Not another one around for 6 months....it was great, now they are everywhere!

Where do you go for service?

 

Im around amherst once in awhile, I went to school at umass. but at that time i had a 01 max and it got totaled by the time i left. I havent seen any cls up there when i visit

 

I do almost all my own service so I've yet to take it anywhere except for warranty issues (tranny at 24K, back to Acura of Avon in CT).

But if you need service, Northampton Honda can do Acura repairs (just not warranty service) and Gateway Auto on Pleasant St in Northampton specializes in Acura/Honda repair.
