They do sell for lower, but usually all you get is the navi dvd driver and screen. 1800 is still to high though, but i'd say 1000-1200 would be acceptable. It is a very complet kit and the dude even went as far to make a dvd instructions, probably that write up thats on this board somewhere. cheers

 

i'm willing to bet that you could buy every part from hondapartsunlimited.com or oemhondaparts.com, somewhere like that, and not pay $1800

 

well a friend of a friend, that works at an acura only parts store in ATL, quoted me around a 1000 for all of that....so im guessing... NO DEAL

and im sorry but navi does not add 3k to your cars value more like if you lucky 1k but none the less i absolutely loved it on mine and the thing is even if you dont think you will use it you will because now that shes gone i find my self thinking wow if only i had the navi could figure out if i could take this road to beat traffic or get around an accident

 

i think once i find all the stuff for a 1000, and put it together, it'll be worth all the work i put into it, i definitely need a navi cause i go to college in a town an hour and half away from home that i dont know too well, i've only been there for one year, so im gonna need a navi to show me around for the coming year!

no man, Nalley's the best place I've found...really good customer care. Probably because they have surveys that they give each customer which is how they get paid...but anyways, they're pretty good.

 

What that even the price to upgrade to navi when the car was new?

 

well, i didnt buy mine new, someone else can prolly answer for sure....but im relatively sure the nav option costs around 2 G's .....this guy selling this navi is crazy, but i must admit, he put everything together very nicely and has everything you need, i just wish i could offer him a 1000....i doubt he would take it...but then again he might...what do you guys think?
