de-valuation of used 2001 cls

I'm looking at saving some cash and picking up a used 2001 cls.

What is standard devaluation of a 2001 cls.

What would be a fair price for one that was purchased in october and 13k miles on it.

Look in Black Market....BUSGRADCLS is selling his for 26K...that's without tax and license...not a bad deal with only 5-6k.
