Dash kit
I just installed a new brushed Aluminum dash kit in my CL-S. Looks pretty good. The only thing I don't like about it is the piece for the stock radio. I think that I am going to modify that piece so that it just outlines the radio instead. I will post pics within the next day or so.

I hope you didn't get the faux aluminum. Yhe real one lines up kinda funny, but it is worth the intall. I have the real aluminum trim with aluminum pedals and shifter. I'm this close to buying the half titanium steering wheel ring for $395. My interior is gonna look like 50% metal when I'm done.

How long did it take to install? was it a pain in the ass? I am trying to get a silver and black color scheme going on the interior of my car. I am real close to getting custom black leather on the outside of the seat, but i would make the whole middle Silver leather. Along with an Type S embroided in each headrest. Not sure though, it would cost about 2k total.

It took me about an hour to install it. What I did was clean a particular area first then put on the piece. I had to make sure that I did not let it stick all the way, just in case if it wasn't alligned properly.
All in all it wasn't as hard as Ithough it would be. Just need to be careful that you don't let it stick all the way, otherwise you are going to have a hard time getting that piece off to reposition it.

soon my friend, soon. go to stwheel.com and look at the civic wheel. than go to the accord wheel. I spoke with a sales rep and he said that they can put black leather with titanium wheel. I asked about the preforated leather and its not available. he also told me that the wheel is actually just satin silver paint like on the outside of the car. I still don't know if its worth it or to just get the woodgrain steering wheel for the CL-S and just take it to a body shop and paint it with some extra cash. I'm still trying to decide, but I will have it one way or another...

the faux looks offwhite and faded compaired to the real aluminum,it is awsome looking. and its just that, real, real fragile. you can bend it slightly before installation and you have to be careful since the reflection shows imperfections clearly. once shes in, it looks regal. I've gotten so many compliments on it, more than anything. people think the car came with it. It fits a little misaligned, but its worth it. I suggest not removing all the back paper before instalation and test fitting alot, cause once its down, its down for good. If yu try to remove it, it will bend and be ruined. Just be careful with the acvents, they need to be held in a little and don't bother with the sunglass holder piece. It will render the compartment f**ked. try wooddashdirect.com and exoticwooddash.com or something. try a search on google.com. when you find the site, call even if they don't have it listed, they probably have them in stock anyway, or ask where to get them.

AFitchTLS: Thanks for the comment. I still need to modify the piece for the radio so that it only outlines it.
I didn't like the way it looked when it went around the whole thing. I will probably work on that thisweekend.
I actually didn't get mine from Ebay. I went to www.alkaplus.com and oredered it from there. I couldn't find anyone on ebay that was selling it for this car.
