yep... they sent me a whole brochure + CD-ROM on this beauty.

0-60 in like 5.5 seconds... whoa!

I saw it at the NY Auto Show last spring... immaculate car... infiniti is on top of their game with this one.

Visit www.thenewq.com for tons of info on the car... as well as videos etc.

That car is sweet. I was thinking, with all these cars coming out with more and more HP, I wonder if the car companies are thinking about gas mileage.

The car is nice, however the interior console looks somewhat funny to me.

Very nice! I think if it had another pair of exhausts coming out the other side that would've been cool too. Just for looks of course..

is that thing made in japan by nissan? or is it an american make?

the headlights look like one of those rambo guns... pretty insane, and very unlike japanese styling.

Absolutely not. With the way Americans are buying those gas guzzling, piece of shit SUVs, the last concern car companies have is MPG. Besides, most of the new, hi-peformance cars coming out today get exceptional gas mileage when compared to an SUV.

Look at the CL-S. 260 HP and STILL gets an LEV rating!

DAaang.. that is hella fast... and soon the new Acura RL should have around 350 hp too and that should be one bad mutha.. I wonder why Lexus stuck to the same output (300 hp) for their LS car.

The 95 was a 240hp dog. This is 100hp+ in a lighter car.

Yea the current well maybe older version now Infinit Q45 had a 4.1L V8 with 266 hp yet because of its weight managed the 0-60 in barely under 8 sec and took over 16 sec for the 1/4 mile .. not impressive numbers any way you look at it.

I owned a 1991 Q45 and it had 278hp. I believe they didn't change the hp until around 1998 when it went to 260. They never had 240 hp.

Yeah, the 90s,91s,92s were great. The later ones were pooches, they could have had 200 horses in them for the way they performed. My wife had a 92 that was a rocket for a fat car.

The bad news is that they didn't hold their value well. Even now, you can get a 3-4 year old Q for at least half off. Good cheap fun in my opinion. And yeah, my '91 would/could get out of its own way.
