Red face Damn!

I just had my "new" black '01 CL-S detailed. The paint job looked good, but was dull.

This will sound dumb, 'cause you-all already knew this, I didn't...

It is actually a dark blue metal flake! Damn it looks good.

I REALLY need to polish/wax my car. I've got NBP and it's all swirled and looks like shit. Hopefully I can take a weekend and do it in my garage.

Post pics to give me some motivation!

Haha, just realized we're all from VA/MD/DC.

Wierd. I'd like to do the detailing myself. Its cheaper in the long run.

Same here. I may forego detailing it myself the first time just to get it donw before it gets to cold out.

No need for interior detail.

Dr. Tint in Frederick did mine. My wife's RL, too. Great job. With a "sale" price $160 did the delux detail. In and out, plus under the hood. Made the stock wheels look good, too. Actually did my Chevy Pick Up as well (smelled like the dog on the inside).

NBP is the nicest color, but simultaneously, the worse since its so hard to maintain! I hate it and I love it.

I love NBP but the thing that I hate about Honda/Acura is how soft the clearcoat is. I read someone say before that it was so soft frowning at it made it swirl up lol.

For you VA guys I can recommend a very good detailer I'll PM you guys his contact info and examples of his work.

I think I might get the clearcoat re-done in the spring. I have some scratches that don't effect the color, but are too deep to buff out. I'll get the same guy that painted my wife's RL. He did a great job. I don't have any pics of the CL yet. When the sun comes out again!
