this is how it looks now.

no dent. but scratches

now heres the long story 2 it...sorta....i was in a parking lot backing out. then when im out all they way, and about 2 go forward, i hear this loud clash. so i look behind me and see this huge ass ford pickup all backed into me.

after we both got out, i was pissed 2 see what happened to my car. and 4 her, NOTHING happen. not a scratch no nothing.

i said i wouldnt take it to insurance (some reasons). and we didnt call a cop or anything cuz parking lots are private properties and everything so there not really anything i can do. if i take to insurance they will MAYBE cover 4 it but also prob raise my insurance =\

so what can i really do???

This doesn't make any sense. She hit your car. It's obviously her fault. Her insurance would have to pay for the damage to your vehicle. Your insurance wouldn't have to do anything since it wasn't your fault, so no, your insurance wouldn't go up. And just because it happened in a parking lot doesn't mean anything, private property or not, you could've called the cops, but at the very least you should've reported it to her insurance agency and then you wouldn't have to worry about how you're going to fix it. When my car got back into this past December, my insurance agency wasn't even contacted, I just called his and reported the accident, they paid for everything.

i meant what i said. take the money the insurance company will give you for your rear bumper and get a new front one.

the rear damage is negligible compared to the damage done to your front bumper.

You have a year from the incident to report it. No its not too late. But for obvious reasons its better report it soon than later because everything is fresh in everyones mind and the evidence is better. So you should report it immediately.

Don't think so, unless she goes through the same insurance company you do and they have her in their files somewhere. Should of got all her info at the time of the accident. I wonder why she's not picking up?

Its not that bad. If she dosen't pay just try to buff it out. If that dosen't work you can always put a sticker over it like how i see some of the civic guys do.

If you're trying to wring cash out of her, you should go through your insurance company.
