I'm looking to get a bolt on custom test pipe made in few days with mechanical o2 simulator.
The whole thing will probably cost me lil over 140. (about 15 for mechanical o2 sim)

I'm just curious to see if anyone dynod some gain out of this mod on cls. (especially auto cls)

I've searched many threads, but not much info on test pipe are out there. I've read some rt high flow cats, but being cheaper and plus most likely a better flow, I want to choose test pipe.

ANyone got any experience on test pipes with CLS? Gains? sounds?

I gutted my cat and it only made a difference because it was clogged, I doubt youll pick up more than 1 horsepower, our stock cat flows pretty well, and I wouldn't bother with o2 simulators, just do the spark plug non-foulers mod. It basically just moves the 2nd o2 out of direct exhaust flow so no CELs

Oh yeah and it smells like with a test pipe

 

Just get a high flow cat at least
Theres already enough smog in our world as is

 

There is no gain except in unwanted noise.

My other car gained a lot of Hp from going catless, but I guess CL is a little different. I'll just stick with stock cat.
