Hey guys, I was wondering if there are any options for headers and exhaust for the 03 CL Type S six speed. I am looking into doing some light modding and I have been having a hard time finding some things.

the only headers that fit the 6speed are comptech (which are discontinued) and there are some ebay ones. They have to have a bend in the rear primaries to clear the 6speed rear motor mount. there's a few threads here where guys have had success with the ebay ones recently.
Exhaust, tanabe might be the only bolt on. You can get a tru benz kit for the 03 TL and choose your own mufflers and resonator.

 

I got the Manzo header off eBay and installed it last week. In my opinion it will not make any more power than the OE headers - the pipe diameter is smaller and the welds intrude into the opening as well. Definitely a loss of cross-sectional area. The eBay ad stated clearly that it won't fit the 6-speed but it has a "kink" in one pipe and another member had success mounting one so I gave it a try. I ended up removing 4 bolts that hold the rear motor mount to move it enough for the header to slip on the studs of the rear bank. Once it's in place there were no clearance issues. It fits. Not bad for $150, but probably won't give much gain.

XS-power is a direct Comptech clone and clears the 6-speed mounts.
