Ct Icebox or AEM CAI

Just installed the XS Power headers on my 03 CLS 6MT and am now looking to install some sort of intake. I have a K&N on my S2000 and really like it. Just wanting to know if someone has outlined the differences/advantages/etc... in the more popular intake systems available, such as, AEM CT Icebox, generic, etc... I searched and searched but didn't see any specific threads covering this. I know there are probably a lot of different opinions out there but I would like to hear some objective points, including pricing.
