The guy you want to talk to is Arnold. His name on the board is blxmjx. Here is the link to his profile. PM him or try and email him. He was selling them for $100 shipped. Not sure if he has any more, but I am sure he can still get them.

Thanks Rol,
Yes, I was selling them for $100 shipped for the goodridge s/s brake lines w/the carbo-lining. I've ordered more sets, I should have them in my hands fairly soon. If you guys can hang tight I'll post once I actually have them in hand.
Thanks,
Arnold

Comptech brake lines=Goodridge brakelines
Paying extra for the different packaging is senseless IMHO

Do new brake lines "feel" different or stop you better? I know this is a newbie question, but if you aren't changing the whole brake setup, can the cables alone make a big difference?

Don't waste your money on them. There is essentially no difference at all unless you really get inot the braking.
I was very disappointed in how little difference they made.

JZ and lou:
I totally disagree. It completely eliminates sponginess and improves the response of the brakes. Is it noticeable driving normal slow driving? No, but then not much is.

DTMS, the comptech guy who I asked to offer us jobber prices on everything, I'm sure sells those as low as they can be had for. PM me and I'll send you over to him.

Austin, maybe your right I don't have them so I wouldn't know, I just think that if you want a significant increase in stopping power maybe the s/s lines is not the mod. Just by changing the stock rims to the SSR I noticed a difference in stopping power, I am looking for tremendous difference for my next mod.

Then yeah new pads/rotors is the way to go. With the brake kits...they include the ss lines for a reason. It adds to the overall effect. It's by no means the best part of the kit, or the one that makes the most impact. But for the relative cost...IMHO it was worth it.

His prices are permanent...he'll offer them until Comptech hikes them or something. He did have a May special that was $2-3 off his standard price for the forum...but I mean that's pocketchange compared to the cash you're saving picking him over anyone else.
