Yea, a big thank you to everyone who handed over some dough at the meet.

Sorry I cant remember all the names. It was a bit overwhelming hehe.

BTW guys, we HAVE reached our goal for server cash... all the parts are on their way... or being ordered today.

WebToker will post pics of him putting it all together. When we switch over you guys wont even notice... it will take about 15 minutes and will most likely be done late at night.

TO answer your questions:

Speed: Yes the board should be somewhat faster. We are not increasing our bandwidth but we are increasing our processing power... so searchs & posting replies and what not will be noticeably quicker.

Then again... 2 weeks ago we upgraded from like 500mhz to dual 733mhz and most you guys didnt seem to notice. So I guess it depends on how much attention you pay

Functionality: Nothing will change in sequence with the server upgrade.

Software changes are independent from hardware changes.
