Crank Pulley Nut

Crank Pulley Nut
Just finished installing the Option Pulley everyone's talking about. How do I tighten the crank pulley nut?
I read you're supposed to open a metal plate to get to the flywheel and jam that with something. Does that require all the oil to be drained from the car first? I can't find the metal plate, i only see the entire transmission...
Is the easiet way, to bring it to a shop and have them tighten with an impact? or will they have to jam something in the flywheel as well?
i just tightened until the crank started turning itself. is it safe to drive? i'm guessing not.
Thanks.

Car off, in gear, someone stepping on brakes, tighten it as far as you can.

thx guys, but i have an auto so can't..
i would have to buy an impact.. i'm hoping i can do it without that, anyone know more about the inspection plate to the flywheel? in helms it doesn't talk about it.
i got it off when a buddy of my old uncle's used the honda removal tool and bar touching the ground. then we used extension and breaker bar on top of a jack. with a cheater bar. tried... didn't work. then we sprayed wd 40 on it then tried again and it worked! (did my timing belt last week, much smoother...)
long story short, they didn't want to install my option pulley and i had to do it today. and thanks to the dudes who recommended the "blip the starter" approach, it worked this morning...
i figure either A. take to shop to have them tighten with impact... i know, ridiculous or B. buy impact with compressor... or C. if someone knows how to get to the flywheel without a huge mess and time... so i can jam it with something and handtighten...

Look where the tranny meets the block. There will be a small plate the is shaped like a C. I think its held on with 4 10mm bolts. Thats the inspection plate.

be careful, dont damage the teeth. I doubt you will though, the ring gear is pretty damn hard.
