I was just gonna suggest maybe painting the outer parts of the CF hood to match the car, but leaving the raised up middle section of the hood carbon fiber. That and some 03 tails would be hot.

Regardless, this has to be one of my most favorite silver 2nd gens (and 2nd gen in general)

you just unscrew the shift nob, pry up the trim ring that goes around the shift plate, then gently squeeze the shift plate on the sides and it comes off.

Looks good.....I've seen TL-S's with the full kit around the instrument cluster and it's just overkill! What you did is perfect (and you got a good deal ). It seems like alot of people are bailing out on the CL-S, but it's nice to see such a sweet example of a great car. Good luck.
