Cooling system service?

Cooling system service?

I need opinions; is it neccessary to drain the block when changing the coolant, or is setting the heater to high and just draining the radiator only good enough?

i know that dealers around here dont drain the block.
but ideally you should

i do 2 back to back rad drain and fills

Would you change the oil by only draining half of the old out? Same deal.
