Constant Ticking Driver Side (in engine bay)

I've seen this hear before, its called the purge valve or something? Can I get the exact name, the last dealership wouldnt do anything, im going to try the one in gainesville, does this effect gas mileage at all? since the ticking for about a year now my mileage has gone 2-3mpg lower than usual

purge valve solenoid I think...My dad's '00 TL had it replaced under warranty a few years ago.

know anything about gas mileage, and is there usually supposed to be a constant clicking?

yea mine does that too...its in a little black box...you can touch it and feel the clickyness is it bad?

That's just the rice cooker under the hood doing it's thing. Yeah it's annoying, seems to get activated when at idle.

That is strange! I just noticed that noise about an hour ago. I'm glad theres nothing wrong.

first noticed it when I bought my car. Took it in and they said it's normal. Never had any probs since, so I let it be.

I had Palm Beach Acura replace mine. But now I guess they did something, or the new one failed cause I have a check engine light & a code.(came on about 1 week after) It has to do with that thing I looked the code up. I did notice an increase in milage after it was replaced.
