Confused Transmission?

Confused Transmission?
the transmission is vibrating time to time when the car shifts geaars, or sometimes acts like it is "confused"...
i only get it like once a day, it is VERY minor in my book, doesnt bug me, and only i would notice it.., doesnt really piss me off or anything..but is it normal?

I don’t get vibrations, but my Trans is always confused.
It never knows what FUCKING gear it wants to be in.
It won’t be confused when it’s put into PARK in front of the dealership USED CAR section when the 6-Speed manual is sitting in my garage.

though my trans is always confused about gears..
i guess its not really a probalem for you guys, but i have driven MANY auto cars and none of them were like this about being confused with the gears.

I think I know what you're talking about. My transmission has a mind of its own. All Honda engines have a mind of their own. (The fast days, the sluggish days, etc. Know what I mean?) Very weird. I think the transmission is confused if you use SS more than auto, because it's used to being in SS mode, IMO. I'm absolutely not making any sense, cuz I'm clueless on what I just wrote.
Does anyone have an explanation for this?
