I thought it was worth it, even after it took me quite a while to save up for. I felt the gains, and even my dad (he isn't fan of modifications except sticky tires) noticed the gains, he thought I was full of it, until he drove it. Felt midrange till top end gains.

It's worth it...just got mine installed last saturday. Look stock, quite like stock, and the most gain in the market (compared to AEM or Injen)

i ordered the icebox last spring, its getting installed right now with a BUNCH of other goodies.
If you decide to get it, also buy a K&N air filter to use instead of the foam filter comptech supplies.

I would spend some time searching for answers to your questions. Everything you have asked has been gone over in detail. No need to open more threads about it. You will get more info & will save you time.

And Yes it is worth it, but you can get some gains by removing the resonator & putting in a stock k&N filter replacement.(search on that)
