you can get it through possibly your acura dealer, or comptech, or ccc.net.

to answer your question about being better. its all personal preference.

comptech=stock sounding and looking, but a little more of a gain over aem.
aem=loud @ wot, not stock looking, but it is said that the gains arent as good as comptech.

yes it does fit the cl-p. search on one of those sites to find your part number.
