Why not call them and ask? They'd know best.

Already in the works of contacting them, just figured someone might know here.

typeR - Where was your leak? Mine is towards the rear of the flex pipe, where it connects back to the downpipe. Pronounced air leak sound between shifts. Probably hurt my dyno also.

How long have you had the headers before the leak in the flex pipe?

Got the info 6" long and 2.25" diameter. They were frankly surprised that it is leaks air, but I put about 60k miles and 3 years on them. I am also the 2nd owner, which means there are more miles and use, not to mention the fact that it might have been damaged in shipping.

So I got a new flex-pipe welded on, but I think it is still leaking around/near the flex pipe (slightly, but enough to hear between WOT shifts). I don't know if maybe the header is being compressed/stressed too much from aftermarket piping. Any ideas or anyone else see the same issues?
