I got all this from the comptech web site and if you already have the icebox the headers don't seem to ad much horse and i don't know if they are worth the 1100 dollars? has anyone else really looked at these numbers this close because this mean you don't get a gain with headers till 5800 and max gain of 18 horse????

Believe me... they make a difference. I noticed a slightly louder, more throaty sound... low-end about the same... slightly more mid-range... and a HELLUVA lot more top-end! Most notably about 5500+rpm with VTEC screaming, as is evidenced by the dyno graphs. I think the Comptech name is worth the money (I got mine for $800 new btw), but if you disagree there is always OBX or Stone which will do the same thing. Have fun with whatever you decide...
