Cold Weather for Cold Air!

To those whoever have CAI, questions...

When VTEC kicks in at 4500rpm, when the rpm get to 52K, i feel theres another power kick to boost the car a little more faster..... This was never felt before, cuz Houston weather was kinda chill tonight with 75daytime and 57 nighttime..... In houston, thats consider cold! Anyway, so yall feel this kick, or just me??? Cuz even my firend felt it!

Anyway, raced a Volvo 850 T5.... We ran 4 runs... everytime I pulled away with about 2 cars length..... And he has intake and a little higher boost..... He was suprised that mine was not even a TypeS, but nice guy and nice run tho.........

Also ran my friends WRX... Well hes not really good at launching, but still had a little jump, and I was hanging with him the whole time.... at his back door.... BBBBUUUUTTTT, we were racing on the empty freeway, from 75mph+.... He gave all his car has, but still, he couldnt catch up with me... Was that him or they dun run fast on freeway????

Chicago weather is also good for fireplaces, brandy, great jazz, and your current squeeze.

Oh man it was 70 when I drove home from a party last night at about 4am. Great time for the car, it felt like it was flying. So I did a few Gtech runs backing it up with my stopwatch. And I was running upper 6's best was a 6.88 I can't wait for it to get in the 40's in December at night. Oh BTW I was freezing my ass off when it was 70 last night.

The colder the temperature, the better your car will run..

heh heh... I had all my windows open last night and I woke up at 4am FREEZING!!! I had to pull the comforter on. I actually had to wear a tank-top when I went running this morning.
