I get my car serviced faithfully at the dealership. With my loyalty, I get the every other service free deal. Anyway, the dealership occasionally sends me discount coupons in the mail, which is cool, but they always expire around the time my car will be in for my free service. I got a $50.00 gift certificate today for filling out a survey last month and guess what? It expires around the time I will have to take my car in for a free service. WTF?

 

at least you're getting something for loyalty. all my dealer does is try to charge an arm and a leg for Comptech installs .... thank god for PAA!
