im going to do it as soon as i find out the bulb size! oldskool said it may be 194..but not 100 percent sure...i was going to purchase the leds last night but i just wanted to be sure before i order all of them

That defuser that u are talking about is that the same as the shifter.
The reason I ask is I tryed to sand it and It didnt make it clearer I just erased the whole thing so I ended up taking it all off and repainting sort of.
Is that going to happen with the gauges??

yep the same thing will happen if you SAND it. if you use acetone and many Q tips you will get the results you want. it will still be cloudy as you see in the pics but will let the light color pass through.
well they give you the same kind i purchased. i believe the film has a lot to do with light distribution. did you remove the film on the backs of the gauges as discussed above? just trying to figure out how you didn't end up with hot spots.

Hehehehehe. I sent them an email. They do red for the Accord, and since the Accord is damn near the same they decided to give it a try on my car. I need to send them some pictures of it so they can decide if they want to sell them in red.
