First of all if you want speed that bad buy a performance car!
(you crazy fockers.
Second i doubt a turbo would work witout changin the engine internals...our compression is too damn high to start wit...you would need to run racing gas to get 8k worth of performance out of it. I hope the kit just doesnt include the turbo.

Yuppers.. wuld need at least a tranny rebuild, and reduce compression to 9-9.5 rather then 10.5 if you like your spark plugz sitting in the thread and not meted into your cylinders... and detonasion is not to great either trying to turbo with more the 6-8lbs of boos when the motor is already pushing 10.5 lbs . Wuld need tranny rebuild, low compression rings or spacer gaskets raisng the heads, pluz new fuel rail and prolly injectors too depending on duty cycle utilized

Sorry i didn't mention, but the kits includes things like a tranny rebuild, a re maped computer, and having the comprsion lowerd. As for horsepower its all on you. You can get 100-200+. How much engine work are you willing to do. A guy in houston is doing 11's with a stock gsr motor, a turbo kit , and a computer. If you add it up 7500-8000 isnt that bad

You can't get all that work done for that money and the exhaust manifold alone to combine two exhaust flows efficiently to a single turbo would be a g-note minimum. Trans work...not cheap...A turbo that would add 200+ HP would run 15+ PSI and forged pistons are required for that. You can't use forged slugs because the cylinder liners are carbon fiber impregnated and makes them incompatible with forgings (Prelude owners on boost know). Then those slugs will need new rods to carry that extreme cylinder pressure. Seeing how these rods aren't produced by anyone yet, and would cost a G-note a set of 6, the 8000.00 mark looks hard. Plus, the large turbo will need an external wastegate system plumbed in, with a boost controller, larger injectors (N/A yet), an FMU, and an SFC plus a MAP ckt defeater.
Just the opinion of someone who doesn't know much, but keeps trying.
