CLK 430 or CL-S auto ????
which will win 0-60 and 1/4 mile??
stock I think clk 430
with headers and intake and exhaust about even but Ill take it on the HWY.

I raced my friend's father's CLK430 with my CL with Intake/Headers. I had approx. 1.5 car lengths on him up to about 80mph.
I think you should slightly beat a stock auto CLS, but it will be pretty close IMO

Yeah but we didn't race, and Lou was the one driving my car. He just drove off and we smelt his clutch and proceeded to make turn at the next traffic light which was 100ft away

stock clk 430 is pretty fast..as it has a big V8 engine..
which produces 270HP and more torque than CLS..
so i figure..it will be faster than cls with that mods..

CL-s with mods will bounce hard on a clk 430 off the line till about 100, when the cl shifts into 4th, if the race continues it will loose. Off a roll, it will be a tough call, mercedes vehicles have that highway pulling power/gearing. I think it would be a lot closer. Stock for stock off the line. But you will own once speed builds up. Off a highway roll you will tear him a new one.

i raced one before w/ just headers and it was VERY CLOSE to 0~80 with the 430 edging a little but after that no way in hell a NA cl-s will catch a v8 in triple digits
