I get a clicking noise from my dash every time I go from any position on the vent on the AC to the Face or Face/feet postion. It sounds like plastic rubing together. It only happens in the cold(in chicago) and goes away once the heat is turned on. Yesterday way semi-warm , so no "click" sound was coming. It returned once I turned the AC on cold (60degres).

Does anyone else have this problem? I don't want to go to the dealer because I'm sure they'll screw it up more. I'd rather live with a click once in while, rather than a rattle forever.

 

then u just keep bribngin git back.. why have a warranty if you are afraid to use it....

It could be a faulty drive on one of the motors on the HVAC system have your dealer take a look at it.Try to go on a cold day so that the problem can be demonstrated.Jens
