every time i disengage my clutch i get kind of a clanking noise...like something loose, i did it when i started hittin bumps so i thought maybe the strut was lose but i checked that so i'm thinking maybe my flywheel needs to be tightened up also my mileage is only 13,400ish....any ideas on what this could be?

 

I had the same thing on my car and what it turned out to be was that the cross beam in the front of the car that the front engine mount is attached to was loose on both sides, where it was bolted down to the chassis. Took the dealer a whole day to figure it out.
