What is the CL-P?
I should know this considering ive been here for over a year...

 

02CL-S. Third owner with 108,500 miles currently. I got headers and intake, but am due for new timing belt, water pump, spark plugs, and tensioner I bought it on May 31, 2008(my birthday) with 105,000 miles, but wish that I would have done some more research before I bought it.

If I had done more research I could have

-Talked dealer down due to cost of 105,000 maintanence
-Looked for an 03 6-speed(wish I had )

01 CLS 2nd owner, bought it from an old lady . 113k, runs like 13k.

 

'03 SSM CL-S 6 speed...no longer own the car since I got married and her car is a '99 Monte Carlo. Bought an '07 Subaru Impreza that will be her car when the Monte dies, and I'll be getting something fun at that point.

I had absolutely no problems with my CL and I bought it (2nd owner) with 49k miles and traded it in with 95k miles on it. I definitely miss the performance, but better gas mileage, less miles, and regular gas help me support my decision on trading in my CL. All in all, the CL is a great car!

 

03 SMR CLS 6spd...2nd owner...intake, headers, exhaust, tsx knob, tint, rims, suspension just hit over 100k past couple of days....only problem i've had so far is trying to keep myself from adding more mods...no major problems due to defect....

 

03 cls 6spd w/navi ftw... all the kinks of the first 2 years of production ironed out, and no tranny issues woo hoo!

 

01 CLS Auto 80K 2nd owner& Tranny. Love the car!!

01 CL-S NBP 2nd owner.
84k and still out running 80% of the cars on the road.

 

01 ABP CLS - original owner never had a problem with tranny -totaled 02/03/2008 at 69K.
03 ABP CLS AT- 2nd owner bought with 59k miles hasn't had a tranny problem knock on wood. Both very similarly modded don't regret not getting a 6speed didn't want a manual.

no, the first owner was in florida then the CL was bought by an acura dealership in chicago and sat there for a year never driven... I flew up there and drove it back down to the ATL.. This car is solid!

U know, we all talk about how rare 6speed/w navi combos are, but in reality the CL itself is a rare car in general, so CL FTW no matter what year or model you have

It only let me vote once so officially there should be +1 more for the 2001 since I owned one of those also but used my vote for the 2003 CLS I currently have.

02 CL type S got it at 40K now 70K with a flashing D5 light... Intermittent so I am gonna wait until one of the following 2 things happen before taking it in for service

1. light flashes consistantly
2. trans craps
