cl-s vs 350z opinions
my friend is pickin up a 350z tommorw, auto...
i got i/h/p and soon to be chiped...
what are your takes on a race
i think i can take him but some peopel i have been talking to say i have no chance

with the mods you have now the race would be very close.
i think after the unichip you will have the advantage.
oh btw, once you hit fourth gear you're finished.

i think you have a decent chance with those mods, as long ass your launch is decent, but i say cut it at 110, the z has a stronger 4th, regardless of that i think you should beat him by 1-2.5 car's

given your past track performances, most notably your 14.2, i think you will have it even without the chip. you have had your car for awhile now, so i think your knowledge of the car will prove most valuable now.

Auto Z's typically run mid to low 14s....and two have broken into the 13s bone stock. (both high 13.9s) Highest trap I've seen out of an auto 350Z was 100mph I believe.
Should be a pretty good run....let us know how it goes!

dunno, either. As I was picking up my Quest from service yesterday, I checked out the Z cars on the lot. ALL were auto. So there must be some demand. Then again, I'm in the NYC area where auto cars are in MUCH higher demand than manuals.Peace.

own? what is your definition of "own"? to me...owned is at least 2 car lengths..i highly doubt darrin will win by 2 car lengths..it's possible yes...but i can't see that happening

AUTO Z s are blah...
my friend used to have a TT Supra AUTO. we used to make fun of it all the time.
btt: it should be a a close race... race the Z from the roll and i think u should win, up to 100mph because once u hit 4th.. the Z will just walk away from u. CLS are slowwwww after 110 and Z will go all the way up to 140 before it gets slow.
