CL-S Value

I have a 2001 San Marino Red CL Type - S. It has 27,600 miles. It has a spoiler and optional towing kit. It is in perfect condition, I was just wondering what you think the value is.

Regards

Depends. Private sale or Dealer trade-in ??

I think people have been getting high teens to low 20's.

I usually look at sources like Kelly Blue Book and Edmunds.com, but find the best indicators are your local forsale ads to guage resale value.

There's a 2K1 CLS being sold by a local Acura dealership here in NJ w/ 30.5K for $19,995, though I doubt it has a towing package. I know the retail on the CLS isnt anywhere near the TLS (at least in NJ)

Peace.

youd be lucky to get 17 on trade in, if that. the CL-S value has dropped like a rock this year because of all the tranny problems, poor sales, discontinuation rumors, and acura discounts on the CL.

for reference, i had a 2002 CL-S with 12k miles, no navi. i traded it in for 20k even.....that was AFTER going to about 5 dealerships, all offered between 18-20 for trade in.. bad bad bad....

wow Jim...$20k for a 2002 w/ low miles. ouch...

bakedwafer...the estimates on here sound about right. If you want more, I'd suggest trying to sell privately. Also, what did you tow with your CL? I didn't even know you could get a tow package.

I was offered 17,5 at one dealership and 19,5 at another for a trade. I sold mine for 22,5 to a private party.

It was an 01 CL-S with spoiler and tinted windows with 16K miles.
