Damn - I must have been chased and challenged by everything on the road today. I`m in Georgia visiting my girlfriend - we`re on our way back from the mall and this dude in an early 00`ish Lexus LS400 tries to accelerate on me. First I make a brisk little pull off when the light turns green, then the Lexus pulls up aggressively next to me and pulls off. He gets about a half a carlength in front of me when I hit the gas a little more, then he FLOORS it, so I floor it. He`s still trying to pull on me until the VTEC kicks in and I slowly pull away. The dude eventually backs off and makes a slow, slow pull up to the next light being sure to stay at least two carlengths behind me so as not to get embarrassed by the grin on my face.

Next: This kid in a slammed 2002 Accord with black alloy wheels is patiently cruising behind me. I`m doing 90mph easy yet he`s still trying to match every move I make. I slow down a little to give him a chance. He catches up and floors it. I let him get about 2 car lengths ahead of me then I pulled on his ass and left him three car lengths back He`s trying his best to keep up but we come to this curve so he slows down a little. Right out of nowhere some white GMC truck with caution lights on the roof barrels down on me like they were undercover cops. I

I`m pulling hard through this long corner and ease carefully between two slower cars. I`m about 4 bus lengths away when I notice in my rearview mirror the GMC truck nearly turns over trying to perform the same stunt as I did. The truck is reeling and rocking as they try to recover from the little stunt. At that point I just slow down and pull over to the slow lane. The two rednecks in the truck pull up to me and the guy in the passenger seat gives me the peace sign and they pull off.

i can't even get a car beside a civic to race me and I live in socal

 

I was in Rome, Georgia. Thank God I don`t live there. Somewhere between Rome and Cartersville there`s a stretch of highway where these people love to race. There`s dig marks all over the highway where people drag raced in the middle of the night. Judging from the blackness of the tire tread they were some heavy RWD American cars with big ass tires.
