Fun Night in Mexico RSX-S/Mugen SI/3.2TL-S/WRX/335i

decided to do some runs with some friends down in mexico few nights ago, thought i'd post here and let yall enjoy the footage.

First runs: 05 RSX-S w/ I/E/H v.s. 07 Mugen Si w/ I/E/H (I think...know he has headers for sure though.)

Main Event: 02 TL-S w/ Comptech S/C (not sure about supporting mods but I would think he'd be fully bolted.) v.s. 09 WRX w/ Stage 2? (clutch and piping?) v.s. 08 335i stock.

WRX and 335i both had passengers while the TL-S didn't.

I'd say we aren't the best of drivers but the results seem about right...

anyone know how much a 02 TL-S w/ Comptech S/C makes power wise? I was pretty impressed with it.

yeah that TL-S was no joke... it has better low end so down the quarter mile i'd say its a mid to low 13 which is pretty impressive.

i thought the 2g tl-s would be faster. a 2g tl-s is just behind a 3g tl-s and a 3g tl-s is just behind a 335. thought the s/c was supposed to give a lot of power.

tuning has lots to do with it.....
we are in luck, as there is a new ECU available.
what this means is that we will be able to tune our cars for boost, providing much much moar gains.

^ that.

friend said he's still running on the piggy back it came with, but I mean that car is still pretty quick.

Tuned 335i > Tuned 3.2TL-S just sayin'... haha

If that 335 is bone stock, it's doubtful the Type-S is running mid/low 13's, considering the 335 is a mid 13 second car, was carrying an extra person, and yet still managed to put its rear bumper at the TL's nose in six seconds or so. Nice runs though.

i would say a bone stock 335i will still take a fully bolted (even supercharged) 2G Type S
