CL-S......stalling?? Need Help!

All right guys, I need some help or advice. Here is the problem:

For the past two days, my Type-S has been worrying me. It drives fine (thank god)! The problem occurs when I pull up stop sign or a stop light. Normally the car just idles at about 600-700rpms...very smoothly. For the past couple of days, when I come to a stop, the idle goes til about 600rpms, chills there for a moment, and then starts idling rough between 200-600 rmps, as though it wants to die out. If i give it a little gas, it goes back to normal for a little and then the same problem happens. Today i actually stalled twice and had to restart the car.

My car has 35,000 miles and is on its second tranny. Do any of you guys have any idea about whats going on??

Sounds like it's your fuel pressure regulator. I had a similar experience a while back. There is a TSB for it...covered under warranty.

Same thing happend to my car too. Only I never took it into the dealer and it hasn't happend in at least 6 months or more. Why would the problem have gone away ? It stalled 3 times total I think.

Before going to the dealer, check the battery connections. I noticed you put a CAI on your car, it could be just loose enough if you didn't tighten it enough after install, to cause the problems you describe. I know, it happened to me!

I had this exact problem. The dealer replaced my TB and it did the trick.

Mine does it. It doesnt seem dependant on weather or anything else but usually does happen while the car is still "warming up" (even after the temp guage has reached normal operating temp).

It might be the FPR or something similar. I was on the phone with my tech while I was reading this thread so I mentioned to him how my car does this sometimes and he said he'll see if there's a TSB for my car's FPR on Isis.
