CL-p vs CL-s CAI differences???

My brother said he found a guy selling a cold air intake that says it will fit TL/CL (not Type - S) on the box. Sounds like he could buy it for 70$.

The price is right, but obviously fitment isn't. Does anyone know how these intakes would differ and whether or not the cl-p could be made to work on the cl-s.

Thanks for any input/pics, etc.

Joe
