Leather question, can I get this fixed under warranty?

On my passenger side of my 03 Cl-S, the leather where your but sits happens to look like air bubbles, its hard to explain, but it seems as if they didnt pull the leather over that part of the seat tight enough and it just looks like air bubbles or something around it. All my other seats look beautiful. Can I take this in and get it fixed under warranty? Hopefully, youll know what im talkin about

I'm kinda in a bad situation. My car is only 2 months old, and the leather was definitely not wrapped tight enough, they better replace that. The only problem is, I am 16, meaning I have a feeling that Acura Service Department are gonna be dicks to me, becuase I am 16 with a nice car. Therefore, I have a feeling they will tell me that the problem was caused by me, and is not under warranty. Maybe I will just have to go with my father. Also, my oil change is still 1500 miles away meaning probably a month and a half before I take it into the dealer, who is 20 minutes away. I have the leather problem, and I also have some really annoying rattles in the trunk or spoiler, which I would like to get fixed. But I do not want to go to the dealer before the oil change and sit there for two hours. I went to the dealer for service on replacing the plastic piece around the 5 speed auto shifter, because it was scratched when I bought it. This process took them two hours supposedly, and i sat in the dealer for two hours doing nothing. I also have to get my window fixed, it makes way to much noise. Also, the windshield wipers are a little odd, they seem to smear water on the middle of the car so I have a small strip of water that dries right in the middle of the windshield. What can I replace them with? Overall, I love the car, just problems I didnt expect to have so early.

In a perfect world, age wouldn't matter. Take your dad.
