CL-P vs 94 Legend coupe
So I'm getting on I-75 this morning going to work and I had a lady riding my bumper, so I speed up and start going a pretty good clip about 75. So we start coming up on a part of the interstate where it goes from two lanes to 4 lanes. I see this Acura Legend that I remembered seeing b/c he passed me going pretty fast the other day coming home from work. So he was riding right behind the lady and I knew he was going to try to fly by us both. So I wanted to see what the CL-P had since I put on the icebox and UR crank pulley. I merge back over in front of her and wait for him to make his move when he goes by in the fast lane. He does and it's on, VTEC kicks in screaming for a short time in 3rd and catch back up to him from his momentium of going by, were neck and neck and CL-P switches to 4th and I slowly start pulling away from him about 3 cars or more and I shut it down, b/c of traffic up ahead and cops are usually shooting radar. I looked over when he went by to give him the thumbs up but he didn't look, oh well. (Unknown if he had any mods, The Legend put up a better fight than I thought it was going to do, I was in D5, not SS mode. The Legend lives on but it got taken by the CL-P today.

yeah I'm a fan of the legend coupes....maybe Acura will bring back the name and something even better than before in the coming years. I'm pretty sure it was a 6 speed version but not for sure and he was right there with me for a while till I got over 100. I picked a pretty even race. thanks, first kill in the books

It probably should read 91 to 94 legend coupe, but I just went with one year that people would remember....I compared through photos on the internet of the legend coupe I ran against and it had to of been a L coupe, not LS b/c the LS had different wheels. Not sure what year contains the type II engine but from what previous posts say it wasn't that. I just had a ton of maintence done to the engine along with installing my mods, new tires. etc so I'm not surprised I saw him in my rear view mirror a ways back. It would've of been no contest once I get the rest of the mods that I have planned and have on my floor installed, but that's just my opinion. It was fun none the less.
