I can't vouch for their wrok, but they were recommended...

 

If you feel like goin to the hood, try Arandas wheels & tires. They're on North Ave and Ashland if I recall. They have a 1 block, 2 story building w/ just rims displayed. I think they're the biggest dealer in Chgo. I brought a dented rim there a few years ago. i'm pretty sure they can do refinishing.
