Ok folks, I'll be testing my actuator today, gonna ask someone to help me.

how do you test the actuator? sometimes I wonder about mine.

 

Do a search on 'actuator', they got bunch of threads with pictures and step by step instructions. Basicly you need to have some one to put their foot on the gas, while you are looking inside the hood for a small thing behind your engine. When engine rev at about 3800-4000 RMP, you should see actuator turn and make some metalic noise. if it does not turn, its probably broken. I dont know, I am going to try it myselft today

 

ACTUATOR WORKS!!!!
Just checked it now, it spins and make a mettal knock. its nice to know its working, even though I rarely drive such that my RPMs go higher than 4000

I will be buying a new digicam soon and will shortly afterwards make a little downloadable movie clip of the actuator in action. But it's easy enough to do.
