I don't see what the big deal is about the older M3s? My little kill story had to do with an M3 (or atleast had an M3 badge) maybe a 3 year old model.

We were both merging with the bottom half of RT 8 in near Bridgeport which gets very wide (for CT). I could tell he wanted to go, tailgating the car in front of him then passing in the wide shoulder. I was in no hurry to race nor did I want a blow out from any debris on the shoulder. So I waited till the merge and went into SS mode down to 2nd, redline, 3rd, redline... Now I'm movin' far in the left lane, he's two lanes over passing some one in the lane between us. Finally to 4th, I have to pass very close to that same car he passed to maintain speed through this wide corner and then drift to the lane next to him. I blast by him and finally look down... 142MHP!! Scared the bajezzus outta me. We dodge around a few more cars, not as fast, and he highbeams and hazards in the rearview mirror.

Down to 60MPH, he pulls up next to me and gestures to roll down my window. I do so w/ some hesitance, remember, we approaching Bridgeport which aint a nice place to be. Maybe he's pissed and wants to seattle things like they do in Jersey. He asks me to pull of the next exit but I tell him I can't, I'm already late. He asks if the car is stock, which it is, and I tell him yes. Just a surprised look on his face and the word wow out of his mouth.

Now I don't know if this boy was really trying or what but I was expecting to get my asked kicked when I took off... it was fun nonetheless!!!
